The founder spent two decades in real working kitchens — line cook, sous chef, then chef. The kind of cooking where your apron has burn marks and your knuckles have stories.
Out of those years came a simple truth: most pre-mixed seasonings are a compromise. They're built for shelf life, not for flavor. Built for cost, not for cooks.
So we mix our own. Small batches. Real ingredients. Built the way we'd build them for our own pass.

A seasoning lives or dies on its ingredient list. So we read every label. No mystery fillers. No anti-flavor agents. No "spices" hiding what's actually in the bag.
What goes in is what's on the label — coffee, chili, real garlic, real onion, real spice. Hand-mixed in small batches so each one tastes like it was made yesterday. Because it was.
